It started as a support engagement
In 2024 we were brought into EROS Group to stabilise day-to-day SAP operations. Fix what was breaking, reduce the noise, keep the business running.
That is usually where an AMS engagement stays. This one did not.
Once operations were steady, the work moved to what had been waiting: dozens of process fixes and enhancements across inventory and warehouse management, procurement, sales, finance, and HR, with new reporting suites built for finance, receivables, and asset tracking.
In 2025 it moved again — this time into automation. Host-to-host bank payment integration, automatic bank reconciliation, and approval workflows for stock and purchasing. Role-based security redesigned. HR and payroll integrated with SAP SuccessFactors.
By 2026 the same relationship had extended into SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, talent management, and an analytics practice consolidating sales and finance data into models the business uses directly.
Three years, one client, and a scope that grew every year.

Opened in Dubai to serve clients across MENA, and won an SAP Private Cloud AMC contract — our first mandate to manage a complex cloud environment on an ongoing basis.

Three major programmes and ten plant SAP rollouts completed, alongside delivery of the Jetixx Portal, with several running in parallel.

As the UAE’s e-invoicing mandate took shape, we delivered readiness assessments and design work aligned to the PINT-AE specification and the Peppol five-corner model on SAP Document and Reporting Compliance — including a compliance readiness audit delivered in partnership with SAVIC Technologies.

S/4HANA Public Cloud for Dhruva Space
Supply chain, project manufacturing, and revenue recognition processes designed on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for Dhruva Space, aligning delivery and freight cost management with the platform’s standard capabilities. Engineer-to-order manufacturing is among the harder fits for standard cloud ERP, which is precisely why it was worth doing properly.

Our analytics work extended into SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, and Power BI, consolidating sales, finance, and operational data into models clients act on directly.
