ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION
Take the repetitive work off your team.
ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION
The work that fills the day but isn't the job
Copying figures from one system into another. Downloading a report to reformat it the same way every week. Chasing the same five people for the same five approvals every month.
None of it is difficult, which is precisely why it never gets prioritised. Each task is individually small and collectively enormous, and it tends to land on the people who are already busiest.
Automation is worth doing where work is rule-based, repeated often, and follows the same path nearly every time. Those three conditions are what we look for first.

What We See Most Often
The situations that come up in nearly every automation conversation
Re-keying between systems
The same data entered twice because two systems do not talk to each other, usually where a full integration was never justified.
Month-end that depends on people
A sequence of manual steps performed in the right order, understood properly by two people — one of whom will eventually be on leave.
Automations that quietly stop
Something gets built, works well, and then nobody owns it. A screen changes, it breaks, and the manual process comes back.
The volume work runs itself
High-frequency, rule-based tasks handled automatically, with exceptions routed to a person rather than failing silently.
Month-end stops depending on availability
The sequence runs the same way regardless of who is in the office.
Somebody owns the automation
Monitoring, alerting, and a support arrangement, so a broken bot is noticed by us rather than by the business.
How We Help
From discovery to long-term support
Process discovery and prioritisation, a business case and estimate, build and deployment, monitoring and support, and enablement for your own team — the full path from first conversation to something that keeps running.

What We Build On
Different platforms suit different problems
The choice has licensing and support consequences that outlast the project.
Microsoft Power Automate
Where the work spans Microsoft 365 — Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams. Often the practical choice because your organisation already licenses it and your people already recognise the environment.
SAP Build Process Automation
Where the process is SAP-centric. Automation built here is supported by SAP, upgrade-safe, and sits naturally alongside your workflows rather than clicking through screens from the outside.
The platform you already have
If you have already invested in UiPath or something similar, we work with it. Replacing a platform you own is rarely the best use of an automation budget.
Sometimes the answer isn't a bot
If two systems need to exchange data regularly, a proper interface is more robust than automation clicking through screens on your behalf — it does not break when a layout changes. We will say so when integration is the better answer. We build those too.
Where Automation Helps
If it's repetitive, rule-based, and weekly, it's worth a conversation
Invoice processing
Payment reconciliation
Report generation and distribution
Employee onboarding and offboarding
Order entry and tracking
Master data creation and updates
User provisioning
Data validation between systems
Why organisations choose VIPAS Technologies
We understand the systems underneath — most automation touches SAP at some point, and our consultants work in those systems daily, so we know when a bot is the right tool and when there is a better way in. We will tell you when not to automate: some processes should be fixed or integrated rather than automated, and saying so costs us a project occasionally but saves you a system that breaks quietly. And we support what we build — automation without ownership degrades, so every build comes with monitoring and a support route.
What does your team do every week that it shouldn't have to?
Describe one repetitive process and roughly how often it runs. We'll come back with a view on whether it is worth automating and what it would take — no obligation, and no sales pressure.
